Glory to God, let nineteen year olds dance
Let those twenty-three, eat soup while they sing
By forty, be aware of your own uniqueness, and be.
By fifty question what you need versus want,
And be sixty be thankful that life gave you a shot.
By Seventy capitalise on all that you’ve learnt, stay healthy
Be true to the world and your own self, we all have
a purpose, some die early or late.
Be kind to your body, gain the gift of longevity
Be your own fate.
